TEA FOR TWO OR MORE

THANK YOU CARD

Today's card is a colorful Thank you card using the Label Collection that was featured in the Occasion Mini Catalog this Spring, and will also be in the new 2012-2013 catalog.  I love the new bright Summer Smooches designer series paper used on this card.  

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

Happy Mother's Day to all the mother's out there who have one of the hardest and most rewarding jobs there is.  Take today and do something for yourself and something you really enjoy doing.  Maybe stamping, or scrapbooking?  

CONSIDER THIS CASED!

 I apologize that I can't remember where I saw this card and who created it.  I absolutely love the design and I will try and locate maker so I can give them credit for it.   Again, the new Twitterpated designer paper was used along with the Bird Builder punch.  Very fun card...I hope you like it.

QUILTED GREETING CARDS

Here are two cards I created using the Everyday Enchantment designer paper from the Sale-A-Bration brochure, and the Twitterpaded paper from the Occasions Mini catalog.  Each square was punched out using the postage stamp punch and arranged on the card in a quilted pattern. Adding a little Pleated Satin ribbon, a Hat Pin and a verse finishes the card off perfectly.  I think I'll send them to two special friends. 

TEA SHOPPE

This past weekend I made this card at my adopted up-line Linda Heller's stamping get together.  We used the new Tea Shoppe stamp set from the new Occasions Mini catalog and the lovely Twitterpated designer paper which is also in the new Occasion Mini.     We cut a slit at the top of the tea cup and tucked a tea bag down inside.  Such a fun card to give to a best friend.

SWEETS FOR MY VALENTINE

 Do you love the new Twitterpated designer paper as much as I do?  I think it is absolutely beautiful and so fun to use on so many different products.  For this project I covered a soup can with Twitterpated paper and used a piece of Stitched-Poly-Ribbon for the bow. Stampin' Up's! cute little cellophane bags are perfect for the M & M's, and I used the new P.S. I Love You stamp set from the new Occasions mini.

TWITTERPATED DESIGN PAPER

This new pack of designer series paper in the new Occasion Mini catalog is so beautiful.  For this card I used two different designs, and I also used the new Hearts Collection Framelits Dies that is also in the new Occasion Mini.  These dies are so fun and easy to use.  Six dies come in this set neatly layered inside each other.

BLOSSOM BUILDERS

WHERE HAVE I BEEN?!

I didn't start 2012 out as planned.  I've been sick with the flu and bronchotis for the past two weeks, and I'm still not completely over it but I'm feeling a whole lot better than I was a week ago.

HAPPY 2012!!!

I hope you had a very happy and safe New Year celebration.  What do you have planned for 2012?  Do you make resolutions, or have a plan to get organized and promise to accomplish more this year?  Lose weight, work less and play harder?  I don't make resolutions.  New Year resolutions seem like more added pressure we just don't need to start the year off with.  However, I do try and make a general plan on how I would like to see the first quarter of the year look like. For example, I've already started my "To Do List" of things I want to get accomplished in the next couple months.  As the weeks and months go on I will report in and let you know how many things I have been able to cross of my "To Do List".  Happy New Year!!

CHRISTMAS MEMORIES!!

Here are just a few pictures I took over the past couple weeks of our Christmas.  We spent time with family, and friends,  and spent a fun evening at the Magic Kingdom where we enjoyed rides, food and laughs.  Christmas Eve was spent at home having a lovely dinner and presents, and Christmas Day was spent with my husbands family.  I hope you had a very Merry Christmas or a Happy Hanukkah.

HAPPY DECEMBER EVERYONE!!

I've been MIA since Thanksgiving because I've been so dare busy getting ready for Christmas.  Wow, did I really say that?  "Getting ready for Christmas".  Christmas isn't for three more weeks, but yet there is always so much to do.  Shopping, buying the Christmas tree, decorating, card making, baking, and more.  Today we got all our outside lights and decorations on the house, and tomorrow I plan to start unpacking the inside decorations.  Here are some fun signs of the season.

MORE HOLIDAY CARDS!!

Isn't rudolph cute?  He was created using the Large Oval punch, and the small circles are from the Owl Builder Punch.  Simple, easy peasy!!

I used the Bells & Boughs stamp set for the second card.  The designer paper is last years paper but still beautiful.  I also used the Champagne Glass Glitter around the edges to give this card a more elegant look.
